1. Nature of the service

FitPlannerAI helps organize workouts, nutrition, and physical progress. Some features may generate suggestions based on information you provide.

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Free and Premium

The app may offer a Free version with limited features and a Premium version with additional benefits. Each plan may evolve; current conditions will be shown in the app before purchase.

3. Google Play and App Store subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are purchased through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iOS. Premium belongs to your FitPlannerAI account and is available on compatible devices when you sign in to the same account. The localized price, monthly period, and any promotional conditions are displayed before purchase confirmation in the store.

The monthly subscription renews automatically until canceled. Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation and within 24 hours before the current period ends for renewal. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Manage Apple subscriptions in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Manage Google Play purchases through your Google Play account. Cancellation and refunds follow the purchasing store’s rules and applicable rights.

Deleting the app or your FitPlannerAI account does not cancel an active subscription. Purchases do not automatically transfer to another FitPlannerAI account. Contact support for access and restoration questions.

4. General workout and nutrition guidance

Workout and nutrition content, plans, and suggestions are general, educational, and organizational. They are not a diagnosis, treatment, or individualized prescription and do not replace a doctor, dietitian, fitness professional, or other qualified provider.

Seek professional guidance before starting activities or changing your diet, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy, dietary restriction, or symptoms. Stop and seek help if you feel pain or discomfort.

5. User responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information, respecting your limits, protecting your credentials, and using the service legally and safely. Do not use FitPlannerAI for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access attempts, or activities that harm the service or others.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but maintenance, internet failures, third-party services, or updates may cause interruptions. Features may be fixed, replaced, or discontinued when necessary.

7. Intellectual property

The FitPlannerAI name, interface, text, software, and other product elements belong to their respective owners and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer rights in the brand or product to you.

8. Account termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. Access may also be limited or terminated for violations, security risks, fraud, or legal requirements.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated appropriately when needed.
