Account deletion
You may request deletion of your FitPlannerAI account and the personal data associated with it.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@fitplannerai.app with the following information:
- Provide the email registered to the account.
- Use the subject: FitPlannerAI account deletion.
- State that you want to delete the account and its associated data.
To protect your account from unauthorized requests, we may ask for identity confirmation or reply to the registered address before completing the request.
Data included in deletion
When linked to your account, the request covers:
- registration, authentication, and profile data;
- answers provided during onboarding;
- workout plans and nutrition information;
- progress records and preferences;
- other personal data linked to your use of FitPlannerAI.
Limited retention
Data that must be kept for a legal obligation, fraud prevention, protection of rights, or dispute resolution may be retained only for the necessary period. Data processed by the App Store or Google Play is also subject to the responsible store's retention rules.
Deleting your FitPlannerAI account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you have Premium, cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play, depending on the store used for the purchase.
